This was our first visit after lots of research for a great restaurant we were not disappointed. The food was out of this world , fantasy choice, taste sensation, staff were very attentive . I'm so happy we went . Exceptional.

La Guagua Blanca is a small restaurant with a romantic ambience, lovely and exceptional food. The friendly staff dedicated their time to explain us the different dishes. The food was wonderful. We had a lovely romantic Valentine’s dinner here.

You really must go and visit this restaurant, it’s just amazing . Brilliant from the moment you walk through the door being greeted by the super friendly owners . Food is superb with ever dish explained to you in detail , it’s worth going just for this .

Not worth the trip, one of the staff was rather rude !

Which staff person was rude??? Maybe the girl you grabbed by the arm and risked dropping her dishes? You approved the menu via e-mail without reading it (very smart!!!) and then complained that a dish wasn't what you expected (and we had to cook a carpaccio !!!). Not to mention the visibily altered lady's hysteria, certanly not because of our wine. At your age you should have learned to travel, otherwise a nice New Year's Eve at home is the best solution. For everybody.

From the service to the food to the incredibly unique stunning ambience of this little restaurant the whole experience was just fabulous. Every mouthful was gorgeous! They even made a bespoke mocktail for us as we don't drink but wanted something fruity...which was yummy. This restaurant and its beautiful decor is now the official inspiration for our weddding!! Thank you so much for a lovely evening. A great treat on my birthday.

We’ve been visiting Maspalomas for 20 years and this was our first visit to this amazing restaurant but definitely not our last!! Food was amazing!! Service was second to none and the restaurant is beautifully decorated situated in the mountains although only a 10 minute taxi ride from Maspalomas! Can’t recommend enough!!

This is a hidden gem! Exceptional in every way. From the greeting at the front door to our farewells, we were treated like royalty. The quality of the homemade food was superb, and the setting in the mountains is to die for. A short 15 minute taxi ride from Maspalomas and you're whisked into an authentic Italian delight. With a homely feel and setting, you're immediately put at ease by the owners. Dinner by candlelight and fairylight in a farmhouse setting. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. Highly recommended you experience this gem.

This is most certainly the best Italian restaurant we have ever eaten in fantastic food fantastic service and a brilliant ambience. The hosts were attentive and hugely knowledgeable about the food and what to pair wines with. Whilst it is a decent taxi ride from the coast it is well worth it for this gem of a restaurant it should be a must on your restaurant list whilst on Gran Canaria
