This restaurant in the centre of a small wine-producing village offers unbeatable views of the lake. However, its real appeal lies in the owner’s ...

One of the best meals I have had in years. The restaurant is fairly simple and unpretentious, and the service is very good. But the food is to die for.
Sublime. De la grande gastronomie. Un super moment.
Nous le recommandons sans restriction. Merci
Succulent! Que recommendable !
Take a dive into creative cooking. Beautifully presented dishes exploring new combinations of taste, temperature and texture. Check out the menu, which changes monthly. Breathtaking views over the lake towards the Alps. If the weather is good, ask for a table on the balcony.
Excellent!! à refaire.
The food is beautiful and it tastes heavenly. This restaurant is a gem.
Que du bonheur, je reviendrais. Un grand merci au Chef
Excellent, chaleureux ... à recommander !
After being fans and quite regular guests of David Tarnowski and Laurence at Le Montagne, in the same space, years ago, we were interested to visit La Haut. Whilst the majority of the meal was delicious (one combination less successful), if a little self consciously from the school of 'molecular cooking' aka Heston Blumenthal, the decor borders on the austere rather than minimal, the reception by one young lady was unsmiling, in fact, cold and disinterested. She continued the whole evening in the same manner, despite convivial efforts on our part and our interest in what we were being served. The Sommelier was pleasant but his clear fatigue was sad to see. One other waitress looked happy but unfortunately she only approached our table once. When there is such a small front of house team it would be a more pleasant experience if they were inviting and engaging. So food great but the rest of the experience disappointing.
Only limited menu, no a la card choice, fortunately the menu we tested was better then expected. Will go back again. Deco is on the cold side compares with previous chef running the restaurant at the same place. Food is lighter and more creative ????
The food was somewhat disappointing. I’ve been to this restaurant about a year ago and was impressed by cuisine. I’ve actually expected a firm Michelin star by the next visit... this time the menu Découverte was dull and banal. The dessert was especially shockingly plain. I hope the chef will get back to the level he used to be at. On the service side no complains - correct and pleasant.
Lá Haut is a treasure among the vineyards, where wine and gastronomy are melded into a true alchemy of senses. Bravo to Mathieu and Milene Bruno. A world class restaurant overlooking Lake Leman.
