10/10This is a great restaurant - nice ambience, great food and service, Mr Angel is very personable and welcoming. It has a very good and well priced wine list as well. And their price price is excellent - great value for your money. Won’t disappoint, on the contrary, it will likely exceed your expectations

5.5/10I was disappointed with my most recent visit - we were put downstairs where there is very little atmosphere, the service was sullen and unprofessional. Although the food was good it suffered from the cellar feeing and unsatisfactory service. As I said disappointing as it has been one of my favourite restaurants.

7.5/10We were taken to the lower floor for dinner which was not as nice as the top. They had not seen our reservation when we arrived bit they sorted it out. Food was quite nice but the ambience on entrance floor was much nicer

9.5/10The food was excellent: we ordered grilled artichokes, fillet mignon, “rape" (similar to monkfish) and sirloin steak. The ambience was very nice, with a very cozy atmosphere. The service was good, although a bit slow (however, if truth be told the place was very crowded). All in all, very recomendable.

9.5/10La Leñera will not disappoint meat lovers. The atmosphere is great and personnel were very kind and polite and recommended dishes, the restaurant gave us some dishes for free which surprised us since almost no restaurant in Madrid does this. We ordered El solomillo Clásico, Chuleton and a dish from Asturias with cheese and ham, of course at the end we ordered deeserts: Arroz con leche, Cheese Cake and the apple pie ????. Everything was so delicious especially the chuleton and the solomillo clásico. The cheese cake has been the best I've tried of all of Madrid. I absolutely recommend this restaurant. Best steakhouse so far ????????.

Su cocina de asador es digna de los mejores elogios, incluye magníficas carnes rojas con excelentes cortes, cocinadas con carbón de encina. Pero no todo queda allí, dentro de su extensa carta también ofrecen a sus comensales opciones como chipirones de anzuelo al ajili mojili y tortilla melosa de bacalao y fabes. Para vestir adecuadamente sus especialidades cuentan con una oferta seleccionada de vinos. Déjate seducir por el selecto ambiente que encontrarás en La Leñera, es una apuesta segura para una velada memorable. En este acogedor rincón se puede disfrutar de la mejor cocina del Norte en un ambiente familiar y con la garantía de estar en las mejores manos (grupo Oter). Su parrilla al carbón te da una idea de lo que se puede disfrutar probando alguna de sus carnes de vacas de los Valles de Somiedo: chuletón, entrecot, solomillo… ¡Acierto seguro! La clientela acude, además, para devorar la empanada de bonito fresco, la tortilla melosa de bacalao, el caldero de arroz marinero, los chipirones de anzuelo al ajili mojili o las chuletitas de lechal fritas.
