Our experience of the restaurant was somewhat negatively impacted from the outset. Whereas the menu shown on the fork is quite extensive we were presented with a limited fixed menu with a headline charge of €58. While it was explained that we could pick elements from the menu and would only be charged accordingly a request to see an a la carte menu by one of our guests was dismissed while it was explained there were specials in addition to the items listed. The booking was made based on the menu displayed. We should have had the option of selecting from that menu.

The food was superb. Authentic Italian cuisine. The restaurant is running with one waiter and the owner. The owner takes care and a look at each plate before it is served. Nice family atmosphere

Well, we are only in Munich for the fair but La Locanda can be the reason to come back again! the food is over our expectation and certainly recommended for you all to come and try!
