The food was pretty good. Located right on the train platform - which if you’re sitting outside is not great. So easy to fix this with some low cost decorations - planters, bamboo trees, cute umbrellas and some fairy lights - could be lovely. Inside decor is ok but a very strange tv screen with “Hot Tik Tok” picture and Asian woman in a provocative pose - only led to us thinking wtf??? Weird. The people are very friendly but the service itself was extremely inattentive and poor. Had to either flag people down or go in to order food and drinks even though there was hardly anyone in the restaurant. When they arrived - one person would order then she walked away - we had to stop her so the rest could place their order - it was kind of comical in the end. As there are several good options in the area - not sure I would go back. It’s a shame again because the food is good and the people themselves are lovely, but the atmosphere and service need some attention. Wishing them all the best.

The restaurant was very cozy and nicely decorated, and the food was very good and authentic (coming from a visiting Asian). The service was also fast and the staff were very friendly and authentic. Should I visit Zurich again, would definitely go back! I suggest adding to Google Maps a photo of the front of the store and the train station (plus maybe a drawn map/diagram of how to get there) to make it easier to find. :)

The food had some sweetener added may be Sugar or some sauces with heavy sugar may be so people dont find it spicy but then there is no authenticity claimed by the restaurant owners

Staff was very friendly, the food tasted very nice, only the sauces were a bit too strong for me, but my parents enjoyed them a lot. The quality of the service was also great.

The food was good (quite decent for Vietnamese taste) and well priced compared to Zurich standard. The restaurant is well located, just 5mins away from the central station with S4 bahn. The atmosphere was cozy. Definitely recommend this for anyone who wants to have Vietnamese with decent price!
