Having dined at La Maison Le Cygne five ago, we were disappointed in what appears to be a drop in standard. The service was friendly but not of an expected standard and the food menu we found limiting. After looking g forward to our dining here, we left with some disappointment.

The restaurant has a very nice, warm environment. The staff are very kind and attentive to every detail. Our Christmas Eve dinner was above expectations! Highly recommended!

Maison du Cygne is a lovely place to t. Atmospheric and beautifully decorated it was a pleasure to be there. Service was pleasant and attentive. The food was pleasant and overall we had had a very nice time

Delicious savoury (cheese, mushroom and cream) Crèpes washed down with Framboise beers, in a cute nostalgic feeling setting ... I would definitely recommend it!!

Very tasty food. Very attentive service and friendly side conversation. In a touristy area (the old town center), but cool history (we ate inside to avoid the crowded outside). Dress up and enjoy your night in Brussels!

Terrible disappointment for the 5 of us. We specifically came to enjoy The Swan following the recommendation of our dear friend who used to dine there many years ago. The food was far below basic standards and the management of the restaurant was denfensive. One good note for the front line staff who obviously were embarrassed and ashamed of the situation. Stay away from The Swan!

La Maison du Cygne (Swan House) was an amazing dining experience on July 7th, 2018. The maitre d' was very engaging with his diners, the waiter service was friendly and knowledgeable, the food was tasty and plentiful, but also great quality, and the scenery of Grand Palace (by the window) and indoor dining were memorable. Had the croquettes and terrine for starters, duck and whole chicken for entrees, waffle and chocolate tart for dessert - all delicious and well plated. Great place for a romantic dinner or to celebrate. Although expensive, you won't be disappointed with the meal.
