7/10limited menu options, however, my rabbit was delicious, although the amount of rabbit served was quite minuscule, for such a price. Wine selection was also limited. My wife came out not happy, as there were no vegetarian options suitable for her

The waiter was quite friendly and helpful. The resturant was warm and inviting. Service was very professional. Our meals were wonderful. My daughter has celiac disease and the waiter was quite careful about ensuring a safe meal for her.

3.5/10If you have a lot of time and you are not hungry, you have a lot of extra money that you have nowhere to spend, and if you want to spoil a good mood, this is the place to go. We waited for everything for a very long time. The food for the child was also brought for a very long time. The child's dish was so peppered that the child's lips were burning… by the way he was hungry because he waited long time. The waiters are indifferent. There are a lot of them, but they are useless. A portion is 40 euros (ok), and the amount is for children. If you have an above-average price, then everything should match. We sat there with dirty plates for 20 minutes... I had to go and ask for the dessert menu 2 times. And on the last time (attention!) I received a response in a dissatisfied tone: madam, you have to wait, my colleagues will come to clean the dirty plates, and then you will receive the your dessert menu. What?! It was my husband's birthday, and we wanted to spend a nice evening with our family, but if you want to spoil your evening, this is the right place to do it. Although, the interior is good and the location of the restaurant is also good. That's all good that can be said about this place. Not recommended !

5/10Disappointing menu and meal. Is it a restaurant or wine bar, not sure and nor are they? It fails on both counts anyway, especially at the prices they charge. The staff, however, were excellent. We will not return.

+1WE had dinner at this restaurant twice the staff was welcoming the decor and ambience was top notch and the food was as good as it gets well presented and prepared We have had meals at restaurants in many countries and this restaurant in tops not crowded like many others in Aix

10/10Everything was amazing. Waitstaff were superb. Food was excellent. Maybe my best meal in France. I am so glad I found this little gem. I will definitely return if I come back to Aix. Thank you!

9/10Slightly upscale restaurant in a large, well-decorated room. The menu has a focus on options. I had a tuna steak, which was decent enough and came with with very good couscous, and an excellent blackberry dish for desert. The service was extremely enthusiastic and efficient and I got the impression that the team really cared about what they were doing. Recommended.

10/10This was the best food experience we had between Munich, Nice and Aix-en-Provence. Food was delicious and on point. Service was incredibly quick, friendly and helpful. The best part was the price — very reasonable for the quality and serving sizes. Also, the house pour Rose is highly recommended. Keep it up and thank you, again!

10/10My wife and I enjoyed very much a wonderful diner at la Maison Française - This is not the 1st time we come and as always, we selected in the card (always a limited number of option which garantees fresh products) delicious dishes. Staff is very welcoming, attentive to their guests, speak english.Bill is not cheap but absolutly aligned with the experience, including the place which is very nice. Want to enjoy a nice diner ? We strongly recommend !

10/10Innovative menu, fresh, superb ingredients. From the simple but splendid pot de feu to more complex and subtle tastes, this was an excellent meal. We'll be back.
