We had an excellent meal in this restaurant slightly off the central part of the ancient city and away from the tourist crowds.. Wonderful quality produce expertly cooked and presented, with pleasant, understated, service. .Ravioles aux capes a particular treat. Highly recommended.

We were in carcassonne for 5 nights and spent 2 of them at this lovely restaurant . The food is amazing and the hosts excellent. Would recommend to anyone who is a lover of fine food, great atmosphere,and friendly attentive staff
