It was a very pleasant evening, we enjoyed the wonderful atmosphere & piano music, of course delicious food & cocktail! The staff there were very kind and humour, brought lots of laughter to us. Definitely love & recommend this place.

Very ascetic, large place. Well lit, quality music. After four days in Florence was my least enjoyable dining experience though, the street food attendants were more attentive & helpful. Staff was friendly but for the first time I felt rushed and a bother. Plates were removed before being finished, was never presented a wine list after asking several time; same with a dessert menu, recommendations weren’t made and server seemed to be in a rush at every moment he approached the table. Multiple staff assisting the table which was great, but they made you feel stupid when you’d advise someone else took your order or was already helping you, only to find out you had already been helped. Food was okay, but not the best and service just made it feel like it was a come in, take pictures & leave - which was upsetting cause it’s all I’ve seen on socials. Assuming catering to content creators is their specialty though. Went down a couple spots and ate again and had a much more pleasant experience, as I had for all other meals while in Florence/Tuscany.

Reminds me of RW in NYC. Eclectic and interesting. Very enterprising menu not typical of florentine cuisine. Very refined. Put it on the list.

Excellent food. Interesting dishes served. A good cocktail menu as well. The service was impeccable to the level of a high end restaurant. The only minor remark is the mix of people who know how to dress up for dinner, and tourists in tank tops and shorts walking around, shopping while we're having dinner.

We liked the ambience except for the loud music and the service was friendly and professional. The floral environment is lovely. The drinks are overpriced as is the food. The lobster salad was delicious although not a lot of lobster. The lobster rolls however were minuscule and a price of €25 seems greatly overpriced even for this restaurant.

Beautiful and stunning environment and the service was excellent. Food lacked lustre for me and not many local authentic Italian choices. Wine was a bit pricy. If you’re after a glam evening with lots of instagram pic opportunities then this is the place but for local Italian authenticity then there is better in Florence.

Amazing dinner. My husband and I came here for dinner to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. The menu was delicious, we tried their vegetable tasting offering. Lots of delicious food, well worth the price. Our only negative experience was we had to make 3 different wine selections before we picked one that they had available based a huge wine selection they had a menu for. Otherwise, the service was amazing, our waitress was very friendly and joked a lot with us. The other staff were just as nice and didn’t make us hurry or we’re not inattentive. We would definitely recommend and go back next time we are in Florence.

La Menagerie was highly recommended by our friends who come to Florence frequently. My husband and I loved the entire dining experience so much, we had a fabulous lunch and came back a day later for a romantic dinner. All of our servers were friendly, and Manal even took our photos in front of the restaurant. When we are in Florence again, we will return to what has become one of our favorite restaurants!
