    We enjoyed a traditional dinner en commun with shared things on the table that are typical for the Bouchon lyonnais. It was really great and also a lot. I recommend that place highly!

    Very meat oriented - and hardcore at that. Sheep's testicles and pigs' calves on the menu. Excellent when the nibbles on the table are pork scratchings! I had smoked herring with potatoes to start, followed by veal kidneys (the absolute best) with pasta gratin. The portions are HUGE. Only are half my starter potatoes, less than half of the pasta and not all of the desert. We went for the set menu which is excellent value. I noticed the table next to us - who may have been before - shared dishes, probably the best strategy given the size of the portions. Excellent restaurant and great staff.

    I have to say that this was the most disappointing meal we had on a eight trip to France. There was nothing special about the food. My main was burnt and I was still charged €28 for it. Really, you can do far better for a Bouchon. I would recommend Le Bouchon de Filles to get a flavor of how good yet simple a Bouchon can be.

Avec sa devanture vert canard et son rideau en dentelle pour protéger du vis à vis, vous ne pouvez rater le restaurant La Meunière. Ici, le chef propose les principales spécialités lyonnaises faites maison, à base de produits frais. Du coté des vins, tous les crus du beaujolais sont présents, ainsi que des bouteilles ""coups de cœur"". Service rapide et disponible.
