We like the pork mignon and desert, nice view, real value for your money in Carcassonne area, no familiar with the road condition, need GPS to find this restaurant , worth the effort

The food here was excellent especially the fennel soup and pork in mustard sauce. The view of carcasonne was pretty it’s a great location except you need a non drinker to drive or taxis.

Thé food is absolutely delicious and deserving of a Mitchelin star.. A beautiful location with vast sweeping views. Excellent service, very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. A perfect Sunday lunch.

It was one of the best meals we had in a long time! Chef is really talented. Very romantic scenery with great wine and food. We took wine pairings and it was perfect. Highly recommended

Really great place. The food, service, ambience and setting are all first class. The family who run the hotel / restaurant care a great deal about the food they serve, local produce and the cooking is top quality. Would highly recommend. Great value too.

It was my wife and my 30th wedding anniversary and the meal and attention to detail was excellent would happily eat there every night, a lovely experience and idyllic setting. Thanks.

We have enjiyed everything, the setting, the mood, the attention...we only found the main dish, the veal was the least tasty part of the meal.
