About the restaurant La Pierre Blanche

We have been wanting to try La Pierre Blanche for several years following recommendations from friends and we finally made it this week! The food was exceptional and represented extremely good value for money with a terrific selection of food that you would struggle to find at mainstream restaurants in Villeneuve Sur Lot.

Well done La Pierre Blanche and I hope you receive the support you deserve to continue offering such great food and we look forward to visiting again.

We were eating at La Pierre Blanche to celebrate our friend's birthday as we have done for the last three years. Everything about the restaurant is just right and I would recommend it without any reservation, excellent food and superb value for money.

first time we have eaten there and I'd happily go back. The first priced menu was good value for money, we all enjoyed what we ate and the presentation was very attractive over all the dishes.Service was attentive and friendly. A special mention for the nougat glacé - the best one I've EVER eaten!

Pierre Blanche is a fantastic restaurant, there are several menus giving you quite a wide choice or you could go a la carte. This was our second visit and the food was again superb. It is both traditional and creative and we couldn't fault any of the dishes that we had. The desserts are particularly good so make sure you have a healthy appetite.

lovely setting at what seems to be a private house under rustic covered terrace. Good menu at reasonable prices and the food when it came was beautifully presented. My trout tartare was scrumptious and tasty and the fish of the day was cooked to perfection. The cheese offered was different from many other places so nice to experience. The assiette gourmande was delicious and so prettily served. Of course we got a couple of wasps but to be expected and one set of diners had yappy dogs but they did manage to quieten them..and it was nothing the restaurant could be blamed for. There is a friendly house dog but he didnt cause any bother. All in all excellent food in a lovely location
