You could improve side dishes, or food is very good but having some vegetables as a side would be a plus

An excellent evening. Rampa does seafood very well. Not fussy, just good fresh ingredients cooked well.

The fish soup was an utter disappointment, bland and tasting like it was straight from the cab. The carabineros while good were far too expensive (EUR90/kg ~ 3 pieces yielding app. 90grs of meat for EUR 31). Avoid!

Reservationen via Tripadvisor var ej noterad av restaurangen. Dyraste måltiden i San Sebastian, trots vi ätit på fine dining- restaurang.

This was our second meal here, the food was fantastic. The seafood was simply but perfectly cooked. When we arrived our table was outside , unfortunately the weather had changed for the worse and the staff moved us to a warmer spot as soon as it became available.. Extremely pleasant staff.

We ordered oysters and mussels which were prepared in white wine and garlic. The sauce was delicious and the oysters were very fresh and briny good! We also had the grilled hake and grouper. Both were delicious and prepared very simply in olive oil and garlic allowing the flavors of the delicate fish to shine. A very delicious meal, well prepared fresh seafood.

2 adults & 2 kids for dinner. Food couldn't be faulted if you are a big fan of fish but value for money was questionable as starters were on expensive side. Also, no children's menu was available which was a constraint for us. Location is also not the most scenic but quality of fish (monkfish & cod mains) was the main highlight.

La Rampa is definitely worth the walk. It is a hidden little treasure.

We went to the restaurant early with our 2 month old baby. The staff were accommodating and friendly. The seafood was great!

I enjoyed the oysters and would recommend monkfish as a main meal. My wife had the tuna salad which is large enough as a main meal and not really just a side portion.

They let us stay for more than 2 hours.

We really liked our dinner at La Rampa, it has very friendly and attentive staff, great choice of fresh fish and seafood (especially recommended grilled grouper / mero with grilled tomato and onion in oil and vinegar with garlic, which we took 2 times). Very good choice of local and other Spanish wines. We will definitely come back again!
