Great place and service.

I'd expected the food to be good but traditional and somewhat heavy, so it was great to be surprised. Although clearly a reflection of local cuisine the dishes were modern and light. And delicious. A place to return to!

The restaurant is very charming. The food is straight forward and executed perfectly. We had the Le Chipirons, Foie Pate', and La Cannette Rotisserie. They were all magnificent.

This is the best restaurant in Bayonne. Each of the dishes in each of the courses was just fantastic. Beautiful fresh local food beautifully cooked and presented. We will be back soon.

We made a reservation one hour ahead of time. Service was excellent from the very busy waiter, who recommended a superb inexpensive local red wine to accompany our dinner. Excellent traditional Basque dishes. Very reasonably priced for the portions.

An excellent restaurant - both for atmosphere and food. A very sympathetic owner, who is happy to discuss the details and cooking of the food served. We recommend the restaurant - well worth a visit.
