Top notch service along with creative cuisine that is superbly executed. All in a relaxed, family-run establishment in a pastoral setting. Definitely worth the effort to reach this gem of a restaurant.

We have been coming to this restaurant on our holidays to the Dordogne for many years and are never disappointed. The Chef Patron presents his seasonal dishes beautifully. It’s a ‘must’ when you are in the area.

I found them on the internet, I was searching for bio restaurant. It is on the middle of nowhere, but it is more then worth it to drive there!!! The people are really nice there en the food looks and tastes culinary good! Go there if you appreciate food made by love and passion!

Perfect location in the middle of Dordogne countryside. Imaginative and inventive cooking by an accomplished chef. Very good value. We have booked for their next dinner beer vice and cannot wait.

We had a wonderful Sunday lunch here. The food was imaginative and very well prepared. The service was excellant and the ambiance and view from the table were exceptional. I highly recommend; I'll definitely go back.

Nicely prepared food but the toast in the salmon had a taste of burned food. The white wine that we ordered was over aged and we sent it back. This was disapponting.

Never to to be disappointed, La Savie again provided a wonderful evening for locals and visiting friends. The savory panna Cotta was delicious and the duck Tanjine is a welcome addition to the menu. The atmosphere and service were impeccable as always. It’s good to be home.

A bit off the beaten track but worth seeking this place out. The owner is very personable and definitely committed to providing his guests with a memorable dining experience. The view from the terrace is incredible and the food top notch. Wine list is concise, well thought out and fairly priced. We'll make sure to return here every time we're back visiting the area.

Eating at La Savie was a life experience! Absolutely authentic cuisine, set in a secluded forest location with panoramic views. The chef gave us his full attention and helped us understand/translate the exquisite menu. We felt very privileged.

We had an amazing dinner at La Savie. The food was fantastic and the service excellent. The owner,who is also the and the chef was very charming and made us very welcome. We highly recommend the restaurant and hope to come back in the future. It is a hidden gem!

We come here every summer we visit St Cyprien and are never disappointed. The food is wonderful. It is presented so beautifully. Would recommend anybody who appreciates good food to come here.

Nice restaurant, good setting (worth the trip!), excellent food, service and atmosphere. Menu offers nice choice with flexibity to cater for kids. Also good wine list. One of the nicest places we have been to in the Dordogne.

This is a very different experience to the same-same of Dordogne dining. The restaurant is about 10 km from St Cyprien into the small villages and fields, and in a relaxing and yet sophisticated venue. The meal was inventive and delicious, and not a duck to be seen. After about 5 days of duck it’s great to see a chef thinking about what he serves. Local produce, exceptional service and truly a night to remember.

Superb dinner, from start to finish ... a creative, personalized meal to suit our vegetarian preference. The setting on the terrace coud not have been nicer, nor the service more friendly or pleasant. Truly a rare experience not to be missed. Highly recommend!!
