10/10Tasting menu was excellent; each step of the way; we were able to substitute one course to a substitute as we didn't think we wanted the fish dish. Attention of the service was excellent, neither rushed nor extra time waiting. would go again and do it all over again and will definitely recommend to friends. 10/10We chose the taster menu. 7 courses all expertly cooked and served with well deserved pride. Although all the dishes were delicious we especially want to highlight the Granny Smith apple and fresh mint sorbet served between the meat and the chocolate desert. A cool cloud bursting with flavour. The chef and the staff are to be commended, taking just the right amount of time to introduce the dishes and answer questions. The wine list is also expertly put together. A wonderful experience all round

Ubicado a espaldas del Real Monasterio de San Lorenzo de El Escorial, estamos ubicados en el antiguo archivo de Indias de Felipe II. Nuestra cocina es ecléptica, de temporada y diversa sin estridencias, lista para degustar para cualquier tipo de perfil o nacionalidad. Cocina de toda la vida, traida al siglo XXI. Ofrecemos además 2 espacios diferentes: AntioquiaSoul GastroBar más desenfadado y el Restaurante con un salón y cocina muy acertada, clásica y renovada con toques mediterráneos y siempre de temporada Taberna Tabernae: "lugar que te restituye y te da de comer" Antioquia: Actual TurKia, capital del imperio Seljucida, lugar de encuentro y cruce de civilizaciones. El logotipo representa un Tian Supremo: "Taberna, cielo ó todo lo bueno que tú quieras que sea". Morado: corazón y naranja: estómago.
