We were told by the wait staff that the restaurant ran out of the top menu items during lunch. When we arrived for diner, none of our choice could be accommodated. We had reconfirmed our reservations mid afternoon and feel that a reputable establishment would advise of a limited menu.

The restaurant is very well presented and comfortable, the champagne was icy cold and crisp! Appetisers and deserts were good, main course quite average / sub-par. Service was disappointingly inattentive despite only four tables being occupied.

Shrimp appetizer was delicious. Fish was not fresh. Service was mediocre. No mixed drinks available. Had to pour our own wine. Even chocolate soufflé was overdone. Dinner was to entertain business clients, not an impressive restaurant, disappointed.

We were disappointed with the starter and this gave a not so favorable first impression. However, the main entries were very satisfying and delicious. We were blown by the soufflé at the finish, hence a 4 star not 3. As for the service, the staff was very nice but they probably need more people to be more attentive to diners.

The restaurant was a great find! One of my best experiences in life, the atmosphere, the staff and the food were irreplaceable. I would like to give 5 stars to Erick, he made me feel part of the family, part of the restaurant. He represents the restaurant and the restaurant represents him. For sure I will come back as soon as possible!

The waiter was very gentle. The ambience good. We know it already from the former owner. We read the menu before, but bad surprise. There was only the very high priced Christmas menu, not, what we read in internet.. it was to uncomfortable to change the restaurant. So we chosed the Christmas menus, waiting for a very good dinner. For my granddaughter they didn’t have a children menu.Three starters were good, the other two not and very small. For main course we ordered 4 beef fillets medium. They arrived well done and it seemed they were warmed up, because they were looking grey and hard. We gave it back to the kitchen. But the cook was not content. Altogether: the food was very poor .

In total good impression. Food is good quality. But they forgot that I have ordered Menu Michelin from the Fork app. They put another menu in a bill and a lot of supplements. What was surprising for me. They changed a bill 3 times because I did not agree. It's given me a little stress, I eat in restaurants 2 times per day, and it's not my plan to pay for dinner on Monday, more than 100 euros. Why I need to manage a bill and feel like a cheap girl trying dissappear this 20 euros from it. I think waiter need to read more information about Fork app menu or don't put it online if not ready to serve it.

The service was pretty uneven. Initially, they were rude because we weren't sure if all of our party could make it. Then they seemed to get over that, but there were forgotten items (water) and delays in delivering other items.

Horrible experience, the starter arrive ok, food was good but then we wait for the main course ONE HOUR, they were serving food to everyone in the restaurant except us, at the end we cancel paid for what we drink and leave. End it up at the restaurant in front Pulcinella and it was great!

Was excited for the meal because of the beautiful decor but unfortunately the waiter brought the wrong dishes out twice. Furthermore when we asked to move inside, he brought a candle for the mosquitos but also noted how hot it was outside. (85 degrees F) We were only the 2nd table eating there so felt like it could have been managed better or deserved a discount given the service and waste.
