8/10Some interesting and inventive flavour combinations. Some worked better than others. Overall delicious food but a little on the pricey side for its’ Michelin rating. Unusual toilets!

10/10Wonderful setting with dining area in the most beautiful garden you can imagine. Food didn't disappoint with lovely dishes extracting every but of flavour from the ingredients used and with some exciting and different takes on some well-known flavour combinations. Highlights included cured red mullet with a bouillabaisse style sauce and he most gorgeous tomato and bread accompaniment that defies description. The main of veal sweetbreads was served with a ravioli of scorpion fish and the most unctuous veal jus I've ever tasted. One slightly off not was a puzzling onion based dessert which didn't work to my mind. Could have worked as an I'm between mains and they provided some very sweet canapés before it so it didn't really fit in That aside a truly memorable experience and one I hope to repeat.

9.5/10Excellent experience at a very beautiful restaurant. The food is creative. A cassoulet which is from the area and is quite innovative. A pigeon cooked in white beans served in two courses, the breast and then the legs.. A very good wine list with good prices. A Carroudes de Lafite 2014 that was great. Service was good but can improved The chocolate dessert from Dominican Republic cacao was delicious. Chef Patrick Putelat a beatiful persona and a profesional. 2 1/2 etoiles Michelin

10/10Simply exquisite food cooked to perfection. Delicious from start to finish. We were a group of 8 - everyone loved it and everyone had their own favorite dish - mine were the biju, the tartare and the melon and ham. A fabulous dining experience.

10/10Chef Franck and his staff provided welcoming service, exquisite food, and a lovely environment to in which to enjoy it. Only a short stroll from Cité de Carcassonne, I can't imagine a better place to make a reservation to truly make your day unforgettable.

10/10We were treated to a truly gastronomic treat, dish after dish of sublime tastes and truly artistic presentation. My favourite was the small dark cushion which looked like you could curl up on it but when cracked tasted wonderful. All the staff were attentive and knowledgeable. They welcomed us , and explained everything in English . The final treat for us was the wonderful cheese trolley, so many, the seven we tried were fantastic.

6/10For a 2 star restaurant they are presumptious. They lack the adaptibility in their cooking when one of your table partners has serious food alergies. Out of 5 courses 2 had to be send back to the kitchen due to the allergies. The basics is exceptional cooking skills and they are severely lacking. Also the staff can not handle honest feedback and respond in a hostile tone. I would not recommend as there are many more better restaurant with value for money if you suffer from allergies. Also if ot suffering allergies, I would recommend better 1 star restaurant than this one. Wine recommendation and list was limitted. Some good very expensive ones, but lacking in the intermediate level one expects from this level of restaurant. Makes you wonder if micheline and gault millot are getting outdated....

10/10I had the classical fiction menu of 9 courses. Very interesting combinations of fish and meat which one would not expect but tasted very good, for instance tartare with meat and oyster or bouillabaisse with foie gras. Also very surprising was the desert with tomatoes and chocolate.

10/10A fabulous restaurant not far from the medieval city with amazing food. I chose the cuisine friction menu and every dish was superb. A bit expensive but well worth it.
