We had the Emotion menu. The food quality and presentation is outstanding and everything tasted delicious. A really special atmosphere of polite service and everything planned to make us feel very special guests.

A fabulous restaurant not far from the medieval city with amazing food. I chose the cuisine friction menu and every dish was superb. A bit expensive but well worth it.

Very warm reception and comfortable dining room but no live flowers or plants to liven up the slightly bland decor. Food was very tasty but the pace of delivery slowed down markedly as the restaurant filled up. The sommelier made some good wine suggestions. It was a very nice evening which didn’t break the bank.
The food, ambiance and staff were fantastic. We went for the classic fiction menu with a selection of wines to compliment the food and it did. The staff were friendly and very helpfull with the explanation of each serving in English. The flavours and aromas of the food were out of this world. I would highly recommend Le Parc Franck Putelat to anyone staying in La Cite, Carcassonne.

Warm and friendly welcome, attentive knowledgable and helpful maitre d', with a great support team. The 80 Euro menu was a delight, with interesting combinations of tastes. The presentation of each course explains the well deserved 2 Michelin stars and justifies an early return!

Excellent food and overall experience. If spending only one day in Carcasonne I prefer thw Barba cane , but just because I like the old ciy feel.
This is a lovely restaurant , the staff are attentive and courteous , the food is excellent and the ambience is good. However, speaking as a very well educated owner of her own business , I was appalled at being given a menu without prices whilst my partner was given a menu with the full Information . Women are not children to be shielded from the harsh reality of commercial transactions and I have not encountered such overt sexism since the 90s. I would not recommend this restaurant .
Good food, correct service and fair price for a 2star restaurant. Accompanying wines were not all top (could be personal taste) and some dishes were better than others. All in all: satisfied.
A real disappointment ... the action reaction menu left a lot to be desired. Some items lacked taste ... others were frankly unpleasant. I invite prospective customers to check all the reviews on tripadvisor, some in French are very honest and well articulated. The responses from the management and the owner frankly rude and unprofessional. Sir, with the prices you are charging, you should welcome feedback. Michelin guide ... you need to get your finger out and have another review. Shocking ...
