    Delicious and imaginative menu from start to finish with sometimes subtle and other times complex flavors. Attentive service. Amazing wine pairings. Can’t wait to go back!

    It was our last day in France and wanted a memorable gastronomic experience. After visiting the beautiful Chateau, we had an opportunity to cool in the bar while waiting for our 7:30 seating. We were greeted very warmly and seated immediately. Was charmed by the very considerate touch of the wooden mushroom used to seat my purse. We chose the Chef Julien's prix fixe and was delighted with the starters (tomato caviar or foie gras terrine), the carp in variation entree for both of us, the desserts of strawberry dumplings or rhubarb elderflower blocks. We added the cheese course and had a delicious variety to choose from. Our courses were paired with Loire Sancerre and Burgundy Pinot Noir. The service was great and we had a nice time.

    Dining room needs to be redesigned, it is terribly out of style and could accommodate more diners if it were updated.

    Good and attentive service, competent sommelier, friendly reception. The food a major letdown. Looked and tasted as if re-heated. Lacked style and verve, not to mention fresh-from-the -pan wholesomeness. (These judgements based on 40 years' experience).

About the restaurant

La Table du Connétable finds itself in a remarkable location in the heart of the Domaine de Chantilly. This gourmet restaurant is starred in the Michelin Guide. The restaurant opens out onto the beautiful lawns and gardens of the Château de Chantilly.

The executive Chef, Clément Leroy, invites you to discover authentic French cuisine that combines both the traditional and the innovative. Born in Romans sur Isère in the heart of the Drôme des Collines region, Clément Leroy grew up among nature's treasures and his childhood involved hunting, gathering and fishing. His iconic recipes and "signature dishes" go perfectly with the wines selected by our expert sommelier.

The elegance of the dishes rivals that of the restaurant's setting whose windows open onto the gardens of the Domaine and the Fountain of Beauvais. We are very delighted to inform you that our Chef, Clément Leroy, has been awarded with One Michelin star in the 2017' guide.
