We stumbled into this fabulous restaurant during a stay in Bayeux. What a great find! Excellent food and service! We each ordered the 3-course price fixe menu and it was exceptional.

This place was ok but considering the price, the menu was dull and the dishes not very flavoursome. Service was slow; the langoustine fresh but no flavour; steak was good but expensive. The ambience was ruined by tables being too closer together. If you are going to rely on American guests, space other guests out as they tend to be very loud.

Found this restaurant in the Michelin Guide and was intrigued by the Asian influence. Both my husband and I enjoyed everything we ate including the wine pairings. Attentive staff and lovely venue. Would highly recommend.

The room is nice. The service was characteristically slow. The menu items seemed overly fussy and just a little weird. The waiter could not provide any insight into the wine list. Overall okay but disappointing.

The gifts from the kitchen were flavorful and nicely presented. For starters my wife and I had fresh oysters that were great; my sister had a starter of artichoke and smoked eel in a flavorless broth; the whole dish was bland. Our main courses were Guinea fowl and black bass—again (although properly cooked) lacked adequate seasoning and flavor. We understood that the chef infuses Asian influences and flavors—perhaps he was out of town.

We are tourists to Bayeux and wanted to share a special dinner. This exceeded all of our expectations. The service was excellent - just the right level of attentiveness. The courses were timed beautifully. We ate from the Savour menu with the wine pairings and loved each and every dish. We tried new foods (artichoke and eel lasagna? Amazing) and thought each bite was better than the last. Dessert (daisy chocolate dish) was very special. Perhaps the best dessert course I’ve ever had. The wine pairings were done exceptionally well. We thought we would have a good meal. But we were treated to an exceptional one. The price would have been appropriate had it been double what we paid. We cannot recommend this restaurant or meal any more than we do. A special culinary experience. Thank you!

Professional, men skuffende. Ok mad. Slap servering, direkte uforskammet og arrogant. Ingen nerve og interesse. Dessert skulle ordres "sammen med forret og hovedret ellers kunne vi ikke nå det"?? Madkvalitet og smag var tilfredstillende. Samlet oplevelse skuffende. Vi kommer ikke igen.

They sat us in a quiet room alone in a corner away from the main dining room where other patrons were dining. Our view was that of a garage and a film projector screen for conferences. I asked for the main dining room and was told they were booked. I explained I made these special birthday reservations 2 months ago. They didn’t care. After 20 minutes nobody came do we left exceptionally disappointed. Terrible place. And to think we were exceptionally dressed and looking forward to this. I doubt they last another year. I’m sure they don’t know we left. Much better experience elsewhere.

A fantastic meal. The restaurant staff were incredibly diligent and accommodating, particularly for our group of 15. The atmosphere in the outside courtyard was both secluded from the Main Street but not too isolated to be without vibrancy. The food was delicious and the service was attentive. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an indulgent and delicious meal.
