Excellent from parking to departure could not be faulted . I even forgot my sunglasses and had a message left by concierge before I woke in the morning ????

Fabulous setting, fabulous staff, fabulous food and guess what...a fab hotel!

Since they have changed their chef and improved the level of service this restaurant has moved into the premier league !

Service is delivered v professionally but with the staff knowing when to be friendly at the right time.

Classy, elegant , sophisticated, stunning....one of The top hotels and restaurant in the SOF.

Go you won't be disappointed...

One of the better meals I've ever had...no doubt. Had the whole Seabass which was outstanding, grilled squid and fois gras with a bottle of perfect champagne overlooking the Mediterranean. Perfect night

Fantastic service and food. The Hake was incredible, buttery, tender... The mullet had delicious sauce. The amuse bouche of beef tartar was also quite tasty.
