The dinner we had at La taca d'oli was very bad. I ordered a fish soup, and it was the worst I've ever had. It was not fish soup but some kind of decoction of fish puree. An unappetizing brown-gray dish. The taste was watery and bitter. The smell is unpleasant. The chef who serves this so-called soup must be totally tasteless. Hard, inedible bread was served with the soup. My wife had clams and this dish too was terrible. They were the smallest and worst mussels we had in Nice. We have eaten mussels in many restaurants. How the chef manages to make the shovel taste bad, I don't understand. This place is under all criticism.

A cute restaurant in the heart of Old Nice. Everyone enjoyed their meal and so easy to book through The Fork. Our waiter was very attentive and made sure we were happy. Food was delicious.
