Some people had really good dishes, (the daube and the cabillaud with the aioli) others were just fine. The service was excellent, well-timed and friendly. Everything was home-made except the delicious berry zabaglione dessert and the server was quick to let us know the berries were frozen though the zabaglione was made right then. A very pleasant, niçois experience.

We were in a the mood for seafood and this place did not disappoint. We tried the mussels in a cream sauce and the sea bass. Both were outstanding. Look forward to our next visit to try more of their specialties.

It was challenging to find an open place for dinner on Christmas night, but I followed reviews on the Fork for this place and made a reservation online before flying from the US.

It's a quaint little place tucked back on a walking street in the old quarter of Nice. There's no more than 8 tables. The decor is decidedly "historic Nice".

We all had steamed mussels so can't comment on other dishes, though they looked good as they went by to other patrons. The homemade fries were light, puffy and perfect for dipping in the broth. The three of us each had one dessert. The ile flotante was God as was the mealleaux au chocolat. But the homemade was pear tart, fresh out of the oven, won the day.

Quiet, with excellent service (despite our lack of French), great food, and not overpriced for the quality. Dinner for three with wine was €100. Highly recommended.
