Having had a table reservation booked for over a month, my family arrived to be told they operated a first-come-first-serve basis. People arrived after us and got nice tables on the terraces, whereas we got a rickety table with stools. After complaining, we got placed with another party and shared their terrace (they weren’t happy). Service speed was extremely slow watching other tables progress through drinks, starter and main meal before we got our drinks. Waitresses were friendly and smiley to other tables but to us they did as little as possible. I hate to say it, but perhaps anti-British? Certainly felt like it. Evening meals are a big part of our holiday and I wish we hadn’t wasted one of our evenings at the La Terrasse. AVOID.

My party of ten dined here three nights in a row on our recent holiday. The setting alongside the Seine is lovely and the food is excellent. The salmon pasta in particular was a big hit. I only wished there was more choice on the dessert menu. Would highly recommend.
