There simply aren't the superlatives to describe this experience. The view, the extensive and moderately priced wine list, and the food!! We had antipasti, shared a primi, and had individual secondi. All outstanding and weren't looking for dessert. (Although we again shared, mostly to extend the experience). If you can, go. If you can't, don't read this review. You won't miss what you don't know.

This redefined what a 5-star restaurant is to me. Service was top notch. Apps, main course and dessert were all phenomenal and the view was breath taking. Great wine selection. No idea how this place does not have a perfect 5-star rating. Prices weren’t cheap but you definitely get what you pay for here.

Half of our dishes were absolutely incredible (Michelin quality). The other half were really good but didn’t stand out. We enjoyed dinner here and would go back.

When we arrived, I notified the hostess of our reservations. She said she couldn’t find us, so I showed her my phone (where I had several text and email notifications regarding my reservation). The hostess almost made it seem as though she would be unable to sit the two of us unless we had reservations. When she skimmed through her list a third time, I stopped her when I saw my name. I was relieved as the was our honeymoon and I had booked this in advance. When we were seated the service was decent. We were provided with a selection of amuse bouche which was a nice touch. The wine sommelier answered my questions confidently. When I went to order, there was only one thing one thing I really wanted. The lavender risotto (background I’m obsessed with lavender and it was the theme of my bridal shower, so it was my top choice). Since it was a fine dining restaurant, it was a bit of an eccentric menu but nice. When the waiter came to take our orders, she advised that the risotto was to be ordered for a minimum of 2 people at €22 a portion - so €44. I understood it as, €22 a plate but the portion was for about 2 people. I explained that I only wanted the one portion. She said it was a minimum of two and that unless there was nothing else I wanted on the menu, then they would have to consider the 2 portions. She gave me 10 minutes to decide on another option. I looked and weighed my options and there was a lot of seafood on the menu which was too adventurous for me. So I advised the waiter I’d stick to the risotto because there is nothing else on the menu I can eat (aside from the starters we ordered). She ended up giving be both portions. I could only eat 25% of it. I consider myself somewhat of an expert in lavender. I make lavender-based products and it’s my favourite scent. I work with pure lavender essential oil weekly. My risotto tasted like someone had dumped pure lavender EO on top of it. I like a strong lavender flavour but even this was atrocious. It was heavily salted, tasted like I put pure lavender EO on the tip of my tongue. It was in edible. I tried to give it a chance but it was either a mistake (because I truly cannot see that being served in a fine dining establishment) or it was just not a great dish. Our starters were delish (I got the millefeulle), my wine was great. But unfortunately, as a Canadian who truly values great service and believes in rewarding it, I ended up having to spend what I would have on the service on a portion of inedible risotto. Other than that, I do think the starter were great. My husband ordered pasta stuffed with pork cheek and it was pretty decent. Our favourite dish was the Millefeuille.

Grilled Octopus with the blue cheese ice cream was delicious, very memorable. Impeccable service. Stunning views. Not a complaint but the alcohol in the cocktails were turned up to 11–making for an interesting walk back down ! Great and recommendable experience.

Excellent restaurant. Views over Lake Como exceptional as was the service, food and wine. Each course was presented in a way that complimented the dish, The recommended wine was excellent and went extremely well with the food that was chosen, if you in Bellagio it’s a must do.

This restaurant checked all the boxes. We chose it for the fabulous view and were not disappointed. Probably the best view in Bellagio. The service was excellent and the food was amazing. Portions were not too big and not too small. We walked up to the hotel from the ferry. It’s about a 15-20 minute walk… uphill.

Was really expecting a lot from the reviews, however we have had way better food in Bellagio. We had scallops for the appetizer and the flavour was completely off- the fish itself did not taste good . My partner and I had to force it down. We both had the tagliatelle, it was okay. However, for the price we expected much more for the plate and more flavour. The view is nice, but that is about it.

One of the best views on the lake , the service was excellent, polite and discreet. An excellent wine list catering for the discerning wine buff to the occasional wine drinker with better value for money than some of the other establishments in bellagio . The menu covers all bases from the seafood lovers to the carnivores not forgetting the vegetarians . We Had lunch , I had the octopus to start , a nice combination with dehydrated raspberries and blue cheese ice cream, my wife had the aubergine and tomato millefeuille . For main course the fillet steak with foi gras and truffles with a beef reduction with some sautéed summer vegetables., one of the best I’ve ever had !!! My wife had the Milanese veal , tender and moist , they know what they are doing in the kitchen. Desert the obligatory tiramisu, and the lemon tart both delicious. All in all a must for customers who like food cooking with a bit of love in the kitchen . Regards peter ashmore.

Very delicious food, amazing view, nice tables and friendly waitress. However, the waitress took rather long (e.g. taking orders, asking for dessert) and we personally would habe enjoyed a different kind of music (it reminded me on SIMS music ;-) not sure what it was - i guess old Indian pop/lounge music? )

The service, the view, the food, the drinks… they were all amazing and we loved every minute of it. I have a sesame allergy and they were extremely attentive. I also wanted special drinks and they were not only accommodating, but delicious… highly recommend dining here while in Bellagio!!

The amuse bouche was the best part. Downhill from there. Each dish was overcomplicated. For example, a black bean sauce completely overpowered beautiful scallops, which needed nothing but a sprinkle of salt. The lamb and potatoes were so oily we could not eat them. A delicate local white fish was breaded and served with a ton of fennel so that I could not taste the fish at all. Lovely view but very disappointing meal.

The service was above and beyond and the food was delicious! We were only in Como for one night and it was well worth it. The food came out very promptly and perfectly cooked.
