Well worth the taxi ride from Sorrento. Loved the family atmosphere. The staff and service were impeccable. Everyone was very attentive to ensuring your experience was top notch. The food was delicious from start to finish. Can’t say enough good things about La Torre.

Food was good. But the woman who was taking the payments was incredibly rude and arrogant. The payment machine wouldn't work. Certainly nobody's fault if the internet isn't working, but she embarrassed me and my family by making it out that somehow it was my fault and my responsibility. Really haven't been so insulted. When you go for dinner and spend a lot of money, the experience is important. Restaurants rely on word of mouth recommendations. When things do go wrong, and it does happen, then there should be a way to help solve the problem rather than get aggressive, dismissive, and insulting. I'm very surprised this is on the Michelin list. Clearly the woman who insulted me wasn't working that night! As a visitor to Italy, I have no option but to not go to this restaurant again. But if I ever return here to the beautiful Amalfi coast, I will avoid this place like the plague.

Vi förväntade oss mer iom omnämning i Michelin, men maten smakade inte så mkt så vi blev rätt besvikna. Bra service och trevlig personal men maten lämnade lite att önska.

A family run restaurant that ticks all the boxes and then some. A fantastic scenic location with a viewing point of beautiful Capri as a backdrop. Immaculate and friendly service from a wonderful staff who even gave us some lessons in Italian phrases - Bounissimo. And of course the food ,my oh my oh my the food. Stunning from start to finish. An amuse bouche of fried pizza dough was bursting with tomato flavour. Mussels that melted in your mouth. Bread with a wonderful back ground note of fennel that acted as the perfect savoury sponge to mop up the wonderful sauces.Perfect pasta that played a wonderful symphony with a collection of exquisite sauces and a supporting cast of an extraordinary array of seafood. The star of the show for me were deep fried anchovies with the most flavourful cheese filling. Delicately handled and quite simply sublime..Bravissimi!

The restaurant is a family owned business, very elegant and with a splendid ambiance overlooking Capri Island! The wine was good and the food also, so don’t hesitate! Try it out !

This family run Michelin-starred restaurant in wonderful. The quality of the food is matched by the friendliness of the family. Memorable. We have now had lunch there twice. And will be back!

Best Italian Food we ve ever tried ! Amazing place and hosts! Everything was very delicious and tasty! Maria and her family hosted us as we are part of their family! We enjoyed best sea food tastes! Highly recommended! Definetely would love to go back and book a seat soon!
