Good food, smallish portions for appetisers but you definitely will get full even with the 3 course lunch menu. Waiters are very friendly if you are too. Very pleasant atmosphere. Fresh produce.
Lovely evening, wonderful food, superb service. Thank you.
Essen war ein echtes Highlight. Super netter Service
I went with a friend and really enjoyed it. They took great care with Covid portocols and great care with the service and the food. We took the tasting menu which had a couple of truly outstanding dishes (the others being excellent) and fabulous cheese. Lovely atmosphere.
Magnifique. Wonderful staff. Fabulous food. Thank you, merci!
Une grande table , excellent vraiment !
Excellent à tout point de vue
Fulfilled all our expectations! The food was delicious and the sommelier gave us some excellent wines. Not the cheapest place but well worth the money of you appreciate gourmet food with service beyond the normal.
This was our first time at a Michelin Star restaurant and boy did it exceed our expectations! From the moment we walked in the door, the service was superb and the food was exquisite. We highly recommend to everyone and hope to return to Paris one day to experience La Truffière once more.
One of if not the best meal we have had in Paris after coming here 10 times over the years. We had the Discovery menu, which was plenty of food. Food was exceptionally prepared, presentation was fantastic, and wine parings were spot on. Favorite courses was the slow cooked egg, presented tableside, and the beetroot like we have never had before. Small place with limited tables tucked in a back street in the Latin quarter, but great atmosphere with relaxed music in the background. Wine pairing was a bit pricey, but really topped off a very memorable meal. Highly recommend.
Excellent Moment parfait!
I do not often write reviews, and this night was so special that I am happy to provide my feedback... My wife and I came to France for our honeymoon and we booked one of our biggest nights out starting with dinner at La Truffiere because it was a Michelin Star restaurant. The service we had; including the sommelier, and our host Alexandre were very engaging, funny, knowledgeable and made our night memorable. Everyone was extremely professional throughout our meal. We each had the Discovery Tasting Menu and had a few wines to pair with the meal. Make sure to listen to the advice of the sommelier for the wine pairings! I had ordered a different red wine than suggested, but after tasting the white wine he recommended and how well it paired with the food - I changed my red wine order! The meals were well spaced out and each was a unique taste experience. My wife and I looked at each other after many of our first bites in awe, and I kept asking myself "how can they make it taste like this?". This review is already long enough, I could write so much more about each dish... But it is better that you try it for yourselves! - Taylor & Alyssa from Ontario, Canada
We really enjoyed our lovely 6-course-lunch. If you are looking for excellent food, greatly presented, and attentive staff then go right ahead with your booking. You will not regret!
Excellent service and dishes during lunch. Tasting menu was great and the food properly served with attention to details in presentation and taste. Highly recommended!!!
FABULOUS multi course meal with excellent service. The waiters asked if we ha special ingredient omissions and followed this carefully. Great Le Forchette discount on meal.
A great find. Have now been multiple times during this visit to Paris. Wonderful service with excellent food and a superb wine list. All inside a lovely historical restaurant (ask for a table downstairs). Be warned - if you chose the fixed menu, go in hungry as its amazing value and you'll leave full.
Serves are great, foods are excellent, atmosthere, wine.. All good ;) one thing suggest that.. If the meal with french music would be more great.
What an amazing experience! The details on each dish was mind-blowing. Alexandre, the Maître d'hôtel, made the experience even better. Probably one of the best meals I have had in Paris.
