Booked table which was ready, then waited 2.30hrs honestly for our food, ordered steak that was ment to come with veg and potatoes I got my steak and large tomato that was it! Wife the same when asked were is the rest he offered chips which never turned up! The worst part was to of the staff started fighting. Shame as we had been here before and it was very very nice.

I booked this for my husbands 50th birthday meal over a month ago as when we went 4yrs ago for my birthday it was lovely. The minuite we got there it was a disaster the head waiter who took our order said hes tired just had go collect kids from school hes not woke up yet only us 2 there this was at 4pm. Drinks order arrived tasted like watered down dish washer water not a pina colada, starters came wrong we ordered 2 calamari and 1 cheesy bread arrived other way round wanted 2x calamari 1 bread, we ordered a bottle of white wine to go with our main meal , i wanted jacket potato to go with my steak said got none but is on the menu only comes with fries which were hard and cold my steak was over done as we were eating the wine never arrived, My husband was getting upset wanted to leave said his piella wasnt nice i got upset because this was suppose to be a special meal. We got up said i want the bill not happy the young waiter was very sympathetic but the older one was more angry he said its not his fault order was wrong but it was he took it and blamed none arrival of wine in another waiter going home and not passing order on head waiter took the order so tried blame someone else. I just wanted to pay and go they never even gave discount left neally all our mains. Never ever going back again..

Wonderful customer service, beautiful outdoor ambiance and good food! We had Paella, Calamari and clams. Everything tasted excellent! Our server Fredi was very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this place!

An absolute joke of a restaurant. Booked for 10 people, not one of us enjoyed it. 3 of our group ordered a dish and the waiter came out with something completely different. When we questioned this we were told to eat it anyway because they didn't have what we ordered. I mean come on surely a waiter or a chef doesn't decide what you eat. The rest of the group handed back their plates half eaten, they just couldn't finish. When we asked to see the manager we were told there wasn't any. What a shocking restaurant. We have been going to the costal del Sol for almost 20 years now and this is by far the worst restaurant we've ever been to. My advice is stay away.

Disappointed with service, considering food generally good. Disjointed and not geninuinely friendly service with quite an aggressive man who seemed to get you in, clear up etc. Whipped away table mats immediately after eating, no offer for dessert or coffee which we were going to have, so we left and went elsewhere. It all seemed to be a rush for a quick turnover not a leisurely meal. Sad because now I have read other reviews this seems to be a recurring theme here. Would not return.
