The restaurant looked beautiful, lovely set up. However, extremely disappointing visit. I had booked this restaurant back in September for NYE. Only to be told on arrival firstly because we weren’t staying at the hotel we couldn’t eat at the restaurant because it was NYE. (There were empty tables everywhere maybe 20% of them occupied). Then we were told we could eat at the restaurant but we had to go next door where there was a set menu rather than the buffet I had originally booked. No apology just a lame excuse ‘it’s NYE, and you booked it far in advance’ 😳 pathetic excuse!
