Lar was a marvellous experience. The food is so well treated, therefore so are us. It's obvious how much they respect the products and it's flavours. The service was super friendly, warm, with excellent tips, but not intrusive, perfect. Thank you for a wonderful night we had.

I visited this place the first time with customers back in Oct 2018, everything was absolutely amazing - we had the monkfish, North Atlantic red prawn, chicken (homestyle) and several other wonderful dishes. This time coming back in April 2019, food was equally fantastic. I had monkfish again, along with baby shrimp, squid (super tasty), and artichoke which tasted like meatballs, literally. So good and would love to visit again!

The owner and his wife were welcoming, the setting was lovely and the food was excellent. We let him, choose what to feed us and were glad we did. No complaints!

The restaurant is small but welcoming, although the lack of a menu is initially confusing until the owner explains what he can serve that evening. Well worth coming back to!

Very good restaurant. Basque food. There is no fixed menu. Each day, dishes are cooked according to the products purchased in the market. The food is special and very tasty. Great service and attitude. Highly recommend .
