5/10Tapas, starters, and main courses impressed with generous portions. However, dessert plating fell short. Unfortunately, our waiter's attitude and service issues overshadowed the culinary delights: - Language barriers (English-Spanish) led to frustration - Threw bread onto the table - Dripped wine while pouring - Dismissive attitude (shaking head, 'what the hell' look) when asked for mustard - Clanging dishes: loudly stacked plates while serving our table without manner. Expected more from a Michelin-recommended restaurant.

10/10We had a really nice meal at Las Lias. We started with a delicious beef tartare prepared at the fable followed by scallops stuffed with crab. For main course we shared beautiful fresh monkfish filleted and served at the table. Service was friendly and prompt. We enjoyed some glasses of Albariño ond white Rioja. The restaurant itself is cosy with a very nice atmosphere. We would happily go again

4.5/10The booking went well, but the food was not anything near a Michelin recommendation. The first course was an enormous burrata with too little accompanying tomatoes. Next course was a scallop (but only the shell) with spider crab. The main course was entrecôte- where we only had one to share, all though we paid for 2 menues. The accompanying french fries were totally dry and cold - and not crispy. The dessert was a French toast with ice-cream - and was ok, but quite ordinary. So sorry to say, it was not nearly worth the 62 Euro we payed for the food, so no recommendations from us.

10/10Friendly staff. Happy quiet experience. Our 12 year old daughter and 10 year old son were nervous about the food and menu but they thoroughly enjoyed it. Decent steak, and brownie delightful. Recommend the cheese cake. Good wine recommendations.

7.5/10The tuna tartara was very good (36 €!) and I would have used different dressing than soya sauce, scallops were ok but in the same standard of other places. In general I would have expected more from this restaurant named also in Michelin guide.

8/10Good ambiance with good matching honest food and wines. One remark: plates for fish dish could be warmer to keep the warmth in the food itself for a longer period. But all other perfect taste and perfect combinations of flavours.

6.5/10The food was inconsistent, with the scallops and crab dish being a notable letdown—it was very salty to the point that the other flavors were subverted. The waiter was a bit too pushy for our liking. The ambiance was terrific.

8.5/10Overall it was a nice experience and restaurant. The challenge is that when the restaurant has a Michelin rating, the expectation goes up. I had Halibut with Chips and the price was €37.00 and though it was good, it was not €37.00 good. And the dessert for cheesecake was subpar given we have had some amazing cheesecake here in Bilbao, but not here. It comes down to value and they missed the mark a bit in that aspect.
