I ordered a steak cooked medium, it was so over cooked and tough I couldn’t eat it. When I mentioned to the waiter as had eaten no more than a couple of bites he did nothing. No redoing of the steak, complementary dessert, etc. The best part of the meal was the gazpacho out of a container and ice cream which was clearly not made or cooked in house.

Very good food Unfortunately big company that evening so rather noisy Many products on the winelist were not available You had to keep your cutlery for several dishes , even if very dirty But the very good quality of the food made it worthwhile

Clearly the restaurant had another big event going on and as a result the quality and service we received was very disappointing. We waited 40 minutes before we even received a glass of water. Once the service started the quality of service was OK but sadly the quality of food was quite average.

For example, our organic asparagus comes from a local farmer, our vegetables are also sourced from regional producers, and our strawberries are grown in our village. Food was great. High quality and prepared well. Fantastic childrens’ meals, fresh delicious salads, high quality meat. The service was not good however. I think the staff was slammed. Too many customers for not enough waiters. Very long wait. The staff remained polite and kind. But I think they were just overwhelmed. The inside dining room is lovely but the terrace is surrounded in plastic sheeting in a construction zone. Not great.
