The service was excellent and the food was great! We were so impressed as we watched one of the servers converse with a table in 3 languages. The whole hotel staff was so welcoming to everyone and really made sure we had everything we needed for a great night (even with a large event going on in the hotel!). The food was so fresh and full of flavor and my boyfriend and I loved every bite. We were also lucky enough to get to see a marvelous rainbow over the alps from our table. Wonderful experience.

Fabulous. Utterly fabulous. Fours dishes off the main course menu, all outstanding in quality and presentation. Accommodated the requests of my grandchildren to make adjustments to dishes. Desserts were spectacular. Service without fault. Absolutely a one in a million experience. Thank you to all staff for such a wonderful celebration of my daughter’s birthday.

The vegetarian/vegan lunch we had was really nice. Fully enjoyed it. The staff was friendly and the placing great as we were sitting at the window with a view of the mountains.

Great venue, overlooking the lake. Prompt and very good service. Food was excellent. We will definitely come back. Such a wonderful place.

Beautiful setting, but totally let down by the total lack of service. The food was well presented in tiny portions. Had to chase the staff for drinks and not once did they smile. The restaurant was far from busy so there was no excuse. Very disappointing on many levels.
