6/10Selected staff members (senior waiters, supervisors) are pedantic and unpleasant. The rest of the staff is great - especially the young waiters. Food was ok-ish. Great view

8.5/10Lovely food. Service was a bit slow and they got one of our parties food wrong twice. But the quality of the food made up for it. Would have been nice to be able to eat outside.

7/10The location of the 3E Restaurant seems good until you meet with the personnel of the Hotel and no one can show you how to get there. Furthermore, for a medium-high end restaurant, the service is deplorable in knowledge and politeness. Nice food, badly served. Not even basic knowledge of the menu or even worse the wines.

9/10Absolutely wonderful evening spent at the 3e Hyatt Régence. The food was gorgeous the service was exceptional particularly are server Julien. I cannot think of a better way to have spent Christmas this year!

3.5/10Unfortunately their main priority was to maximize their profits. I think they didn't treat us well because we book the table through The Fork app. The food was mediocre. The steak came well done instead if medium. The tuna was overcooked and dry. The waiter didn't know what a Whiskey Sour is but on the positive side he did go and ask the barkeeper who would eventually make one for us. I wouldn't go there again. It's just unworthy for the Hyatt.
