Excellent. Un très bon moment.

There was nothing not to like about this small husband and wife team restaurant. The menu choices were imaginative and the dishes delivered par excellence. Especially memorable were intense crab veloute and lobster with turnip starters, followed by chicken supreme with langoustine and beautifully presented pigeon stuffed with foie gras, a triumph. Rounded off with a delectable Granny Smith Apple dessert and a generous cheese board and accompanied by a decent St. Nicholas de Bourgueill, this was a meal to savour. Top marks and thoroughly recommended.

A lovely restaurant with fabulous service. The menu is delicate and well considered. The quantities are generous. The food is original and extremely tasty. A great place.
We dined on a quiet evening in this small, discrete restaurant tucked away just off one of the small streets in the pedestrianised area of the old town. From start to finish, it was an excellent meal - friendly and helpful service from the owner, superb quality dishes and wines, and all the little extras normally only found in places with a much higher price tag. Interesting bonne bouche and fantastic home made bread. Definitely recommended if you are looking for fine dining in Brive.
Understated and simple yet beautifully refined. An uncluttered and very satisfying dining experience.
Nothing wrong with restaurant or food, but the set menu was definitly something they had to make for a longer time, so it wasn't very inspired and a bit routine.
