We really can't offer a fair rating from this visit. This appears to be a family owned, neighborhood restaurant, and they are normally quite busy. But football caused all customers to stay home and order takeout. As a result, we were the only customers. Although our server did not speak English, she was still very helpful when the time came to return to our hotel.
