La comida muy buena al igual que la presentación. Lo que es extremadamente malo es el servicio, sin duda lo primero que falta es personal. Teníamos la reserva para las 20:00, llegamos 19:30 y de inmediato nos ubicaron en nuestra mesa, pedimos vino el cual lo trajeron con un enfriador el cual no tenía hielo, quisimos pedir otra botella pero nunca logramos que la moza se acercara a la mesa, después de mucho tiempo logramos pedir en postre y para pagar tuve que ir a la caja porque nunca logré que me trajera la cuenta. Freindly staff, excellent traditional Alsacian food, bright and cheerful ambiance. Yes, this is a touristy place. Go for it anyway and enjoy!

Excellent food and atmosphere. The place was very busy for a Monday night and there were only two people working. Despite them being over-tasked, they did an exceptional job of taking care of everyone.

Kind staff, good food, good atmosphere. The Baeckeoffe was just as described; the fruit Baeckeoffe dessert was amazing. Large portions so we shared: better be hungry when you go!

Few years ago I remember having a great food at this restaurant. Unfortunately on Saturday (14/10/2017) I was deeply disappointed. The baeckeoffe was very bad, no taste at all. I would not recommend this restaurant!

Overall the establishment was great and authentic when your looking for local cuisine in a French setting. BUT... the service was not so good. It took 30 minutes just to get menus and order drinks and another 30 to get our drinks and order food. 2 waiters for the whole restaurant. it was a long evening..

The salmon barckeoffe is quite surprised to me for first time tasting this dish and indeed very delicious with really sufficient portion. So does the Gewurtztraminer wine!
