About the restaurant Le Bien Aimé

Early something went wrong in the kitchen. Several clients complained. Service was also very bad. Lots of conferences and scurrying back and forward among the staff and a couple I perceived as the owners. The rack of lamb when it eventually arrivedvwas just fat - no meat.

The food was really good, but the service was catastrophically. The service wasn't sure about the reservation, the waiter weren't able to serve the food/drinks adequately or to prepare the table right. Things like knives were missing, drinks were way too warm, the wanted wines weren't availabe and a way more expensive wine was served.
It's really sad, because the food was very good, but the awful and unfriendly service ruined the whole evening, I can't recommend this restaurant!

Décor and ambiance was really impressive if you like the rococo style gilded gold and chandeliers setting...service was lovely and attentive...we really wanted to love this place but just found it very underwhelming. Confused as to why the tripadvisor reviews are so positive.

Great food, but when we were there the restaurant was almost empty, which did not add to the atmosphere.
