Very nice typical French bistro (not so many tables) - excellent food!!

Savory, well-prepared modern classics: limited menu choice but something for everyone. Delicious reasonably-priced wine of the month. Places like this make the upper 18th a very nice place to eat well without pretention.

So glad I found this restaurant. I went out on a limb and ordered the pigeon - by far the best meal I had during my entire six weeks in France. It was home cooked, creative and absolutely delicious!

Nice all round, slightly above par. We aren't looking at Michelin star food here, which is a blessing.

Excellent cuisine. All four of us ordered fish (3 different kinds) and all were very good.

We had a magical night at this restaurant. We arrived at the start of the night and the chef described the menu to us dish by dish. We had the escargot and veal compresse starters, then the veal and kidney entrees, capped off with two wonderful chocolate desserts, the mouse and chocolate with wasabi. All this while sitting streetside watching the rain and drinking a very nice bottle of Burgundy. The restaurant is lovely and Chef Andre was so kind to take the time with us As non-French speakers, we really appreciated the personal touch. All this and reasonable prices too! All in all, an experience not to be missed while in Paris.

This is so good, I don't want to tell anyone. We are going back for the canard deux moyens, just like at Tour d'Argent. Why, because it is the same chef who served it at TD and they get the same ducks. Cannot wait until next week (4 days notice) and 25 Euro supplement,

About the restaurant
