About the restaurant Le Bistrot

I don't normally like lamb, but this was the best I had in my life! The artichokes were also amazingly done. Great wine to go with it.
Entree 8 €. Main 18 € glass of wine 3,50 €. You have to book for this restaurant as they cater few guests. Several were turned down at the door.

Great restaurant. I was there for a business dinner from outside France and we had a great culinary experience of modern South of France/Toulousian cuisine. The owner really takes care of his guests - and you can tell that he followed his philosophy with each dish. Simply great.

Le Bistrot is a GREAT restauarant. My husband and I visited, after having signed the papers for our 1st home in France, and this was a great restaurant to celebrate in. The host is very friendly, the food is superb and we look forward to visiting again, when we are next on Toulouse

An excellent restaurant offering well cooked and uncomplicated dishes. The service is friendly and helpful. Hard to fault the two owner-operators enterprising enough to set up this serious little bistro in a somewhat out of the way setting.
