This was a very last-minute reservation in Sant-Emilion on my very first visit. A Sunday night and many of the restaurants noted they were closed or had no bookings available (but were open and not full as we walked by) so we just looked at a few reviews and chose Le Bouchon. Lucky guess! It was a little hectic for the waiters but they were charming and helpful, even with my long-unused French. My husband had the lamb that was melt-in-your-mouth tender and delicious. I had the filet medallion with fresh truffle topping--YUM! A half bottle of Pomerole and a crepe with flaming Grand Marnier topped it off. Would definitely return.
