6.5/10Service was prompt and friendly. Menu abbreviated but acceptable. Smoke from outside wafts into the glassed in area; prompted our quick departure after meal.

4.5/10Le Cafe Francais Bar made a really nice Margarita. There seemed to be a problem with the kitchen. The menu was greatly reduced as far as choices. We chose Cheeseburgers. They took an hour to serve the food after the order. During that time, wait staff did not update us or visit our table. We had to go and ask. When we did receive our food it was cold and not good tasting. I hope they are able to remedy the situation. It seems like a great location with great ambiance.

4.5/10Food was just okay. Not nearly up to the standards of most restaurants in Lyon. Very pedestrian. I would not recommend this resto to anyone or ever eat there again.

8.5/10We booked a table before Wales vs Australia and the restaurant was very busy and was turning away people without reservations. Mce table outside watching the fans walking by!

10/10We went for New Year’s Eve, the set menu was delicious and great value for money. Food was lovely, the restaurant has a great atmosphere and service was good and very accommodating to my questions about the menu due to dietary restrictions. Restaurant is in a great location and we would return

10/10Perfect restaurant for an informal meeting of a large group of business colleagues. Welcoming, attentive staff and a table seating that was both comfortable and attractive. Great food and knowledgable local wine recommendations added to the superior experience.

8.5/10Nice reasonably priced restaurant downtown Lyon. The owner and waitress were super nice. The waitress made a mistake on a dessert and gave us one for free. The “dorade” dish, moelleux au chocolat and gaufre au chocolat were excellent. Very good price-quality ratio.
