Amazing gem, hidden in a quiet part of France. On a hot summer day, perfect place to celebrate . We had breeze and an amazing gastronomic experience. We took 2 different menus and both were amazing. Staff very friendly. Don’t think twice, definitely try it. It’s a Michelin recommendation but I for sure will give a star. Thank you for your prefect service!

9/10Very friendly service but one of the servants did not speak english. A little noicy sometimes due to road nearby. Excellent food and we were served a lot of "extras"

9.5/10À wonderfully discreet garden-themed restaurant with ample shade, and good space between tables. Very attentive host and a very good chef providing for a unique experience tucked away (almost) in a private garden ! Recommended.

10/10Wow, what to say. We were received like KINGS, even thought this restaurant has no Michelin stars, the food clearly deserves atleast 2. We did multiple restaurant in the Michelin Guide and this is one of the top, even beats 2 stars restaurant. Location is ok, but the minute you enter it is super charming and you feel like your part of the family, THIS IS A MUST GO!

5/10Eur 76 for 3 courses (+15 for lobster) is a high price in the middle of the countryside. Taste was not fantastic. Lacked some concentration and flavour. Would be an OK meal for 40-50 Eur, but current price/quality ratio is way off. Was there some years back where it was good. However it seems they changed their pricing policy and the kitchen didn't seem so focused this time. Won't go again. Sorry.

10/10Le Carré d’Ange is an excellent restaurant, the cooking is creative - try the ‘ Chartreuse d’Asperges et glace au son de moutarde’ - but is also absolutely accurate. The St Pierre, foie gras and veal were all beautifully cooked. The service is good, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. This was a delicious meal in a delightful setting outside on the terrace. This establishment deserves a Michelin star.

10/10Wonderful experience for a birthday meal. The welcome at the door felt personal, the explanations of the menu choices very clear and the food? Well, outstanding. Some really unusual combinations (goats cheese sorbet with the cheese course? Mushroom emulsion and cep ice cream with the rice pudding?) but they did not disappoint. A high class dining experience with a family atmosphere. In short, wonderful.

7.5/10The atmosphere is nice, especially with the open fire in the dining room. The service is very attentive and the presentation of the dishes is good. To the actual food: there were some complex and interesting ingredients; we had very good amuse bouche, but some of the main dishes left space for improvement. For example, the meat was not sufficiently tender and lacked seasoning. All in all: you can tell there is ambition to provide a excellent experience, but there should be even more focus on the actual flavor of the dishes.

9.5/10Excellent food. We had chosen the 4 course lunch but the number of dishes is more than doubled by the restaurant with amuses and other great things. Surprising dishes, excellent and friendly staff. Ready for a star!
