About the restaurant

Après des études à l'école hôtelière du Liban en 1986, Jean Haidar s'installe en France pour ouvrir son premier restaurant libanais à Strasbourg, "Le Beyrouth". 17 ans après, attiré par le soleil du fait de son âme phénicienne, il dépose ses valises à Nice et ouvre "Le Cèdre" afin de faire découvrir ses spécialités et partager son savoir-faire dans un cadre chic, moderne et raffiné. Tout est au rendez-vous pour passer un bon moment, autour d'un repas accompagné de vins libanais. Parking et tramway à proximité.
