This is a very quaint and cosy estaminet with bar and casual food. I enjoyed my Welsh dish but my friend’s potato gratin wasn’t cooked so she had to get something else. The portions were a good size and they gave us so many chips!! The service was very welcoming and friendly but quite slow. We had to get the menus and bill ourselves as they didn’t come down to our table

Excruciatingly long wait times to get served. We sat down at 7:50 pm and did not get our dinner until 9:30. No joke, bring some snacks, maybe some games to occupy your time, and be prepared to serve yourself like we did: we had to go to the bar to get our own drink order after waiting 30 minutes. Another table did the same for ordering dessert. The good part is that the food, when it eventually comes, was very good. The server was a nice guy and seemed embarrassed at how long everything took, but offered nothing in the way of making it up, which was very crappy customer relations.

We arrived and the waitress received us and ask for our green passport. We showed her our negative antigen test certificate issued by the government of Luxembourg, and she was not believing it was real or valid. She was hesitating what to do with our booking. In the end, she said we could sit under our own responsibility in case the police comes (like we were doing something illegal). Of course the rest of the clients were looking at us, wondering if we were providing false documents...This has made us feel uncomfortable the whole time. We did not leave because we had no more options around. The food was okay if you want to try traditional dishes but the service was mediocre.
