Food lacked any great style or technique. Not the standard expected from reviews.
Staff going through the motions. Not at all engaging. Decor drab and dated. Could not recommend in light of so many better offers.

The restaurant was lovely and the staff very friendly. We were late 30 minutes but they found us a spot at the bar which was a great place to look over the whole restaurant and talk with the servers and waiters. Great food and good wine. Wine pairing was additional charge over the tasting menu price shown which we thought was included.

The food was disappointing—a poor attempt
at modern. Global cuisine . Instead the chef
Might wish to perfect his French cooking,
At present it is a highly overated restaurant.

Has been a few years since we ate here (being from another country and all) but last time we were blown away by how fun and interesting, inventive and delicious the meal was. This time- it was a reach. A couple of dishes were great, including signature dessert, a delicious tartar, a divine razor clam soup. But some were practically inedible- a taste and we left the rest. Wine pairings were fine, service seemed uninterested and dialed in- limited charm or investment. Left happy to leave vs excited to have been back. It was packed, so obviously still very popular, but is off my list going forward.

Excellent meal. The restaurant was fully booked and very vibrant. Just wish that they provide a la carte, however I understand they have a small kitchen.

Really loved our experience. The servers were super nice and we had the bar which meant we were able to take our leisurely time. I also loved how they allowed us to share 1 wine pairing as often times, I get too drunk to fully enjoy the meal if I do it myself. Overall, quite a good value for the level of food. Some of the dishes were complex while some were simple but very, very well executed.

A nice place but for one Michelinstar you expect more. The wines with the menu eere very good. Everyone was very stressed and talked so quickly in French English so we couldn’t realky get it. They also served us the wrong wine once!

Not impressed for a supposed top class restaurant. First, the ambiance. The noise level was too high.
Second, the Food: Only a few of the 9 courses were outstanding. The ingredients were complex & should have given a feeling of eating an outstanding meal, but it wasn’t. While the dressed cabbage was excellent, I wouldn’t have guessed the pinkish pieces on it was sea urchin if I hadn’t been told. Somewhere that briny, umami taste was lost. The gorgonzola ravioli in broth was actually quite good. The brill was tasteless and the oyster cream if it was there never reached the fish. My lamb was excellent, but my companion's was just a huge piece of inedible fat which should never have been plated in the first place. We could only reach the server while clearing the plates at which time, too late, they offered to replace it. Very poor quality control at plating. The first dessert with a mandarin orange sorbet, pistachio base and some green oil was perhaps one of the best dishes. The second I wished I hadn't eate

This was our second time eating here and we enjoyed it tremendously the first time around but this time may have been better. Excellent food and the service went above and beyond. We can’t wait to go back!
