Encore un délicieux repas au Cheval Blanc. Nous étions les premiers arrivés (19h30) et notre table demandée était prête pour nous. Le serveur a tout parfaitement chronométré pour nous. Ma femme avait une entrecôte et moi un tournedos rossini, tous deux cuits à la perfection. En dessert, nous avons tous les deux pris Le café gourmand qui est merveilleux. Nous venons ici depuis plusieurs années et utilisons The Fork pour réserver la table, mais aucun membre de l'équipe n'a la moindre idée du fonctionnement de ForkPay. Je pense que le manager doit donner à chacun un tutoriel de 5 minutes. Sinon, un bon repas. Another delicious meal at Le Cheval Blanc. We were the first to arrive (19:30) and our requested table was ready for us. The waiter timed everything perfectly for us. My wife had entrecôte and I had tournedos rossini both of which were cooked to perfection. For dessert we both had Le café gourmand which is wonderful. We've been coming here for a number of years and use The Fork to book the table yet none of the team have a clue how ForkPay works. I think the manager needs to give everyone a 5 minute tutorial there. Otherwise, a lovely meal.

Le restaurant était extrêmement occupé (vendredi soir) mais l'équipe était très attentionnée. Nous sommes arrivés juste avant qu'une grande foule ne soit assise, mais je ne pense pas que cela aurait fait une différence puisque la nourriture sortait de la cuisine à un rythme de nœuds. La nourriture était excellente, bien préparée et présentée et en abondance. Il était facile d'aviser quiconque de commander plus de boissons avant de nous séparer. Le restaurant était à peu près complet mais l'attention que nous avons eue était comme si nous étions les seuls là-bas. Excellent service et nourriture excellente. J'attends avec impatience la prochaine fois que nous visiterons là-bas. The restaurant was extremely busy (Friday night) yet the team were so attentive. We arrived just before a large crowd were seated but I don't think it would have made any difference since the food was coming out of the kitchen at a rate of knots. The food was excellent, well cooked and presented and plenty of it. It was easy to get the notice of anyone to order more drinks before we parted. The restaurant was pretty much full yet the attention we were afforded were as though we were the only ones there. Excellent service and excellent food. I look forward to the next time that we visit there.

Very attentive team who made sure our special requests were dealt with. We booked a table by the river which was reserved for us. The dinner was delicious and the whole evening totally enjoyable. I am still not sure, even after booking this restaurant via The Fork app for a year now, that the front of house actually understand how it all works.
