There was a rat roaming around the restaurant and you’ll see the rat houses on the floor by the windows. Other guests told the host and servers but they said that they were proud that a rat can make it up to the 52nd floor. The drinks cost 19 euros and came out of a machine that was pressed by a bartender who couldn’t care less to be there. All of our meals were pretty tasteless and we couldn’t get out of there fast enough. Besides the manager, the entire staff was not friendly. I definitely do not recommend this restaurant.

The restaurant has an amazing view of the Eiffel tower and part of the city. The food was average for that high price. The service could have been better. We paid 54 Euro per person for the wine which was included in the prefix menu. We got 2 glasses. My husband wanted a refill then changed his mind to say maybe later. The waiter never check back to see if he would still wanted it.

This was our first trip to Paris and Le Ciel was recommended. We shared a lobster salad. I had a veal steak, and my wife had a sea bass entree. We ordered a bottle of Bordeaux. The wine and food were wonderful. We finished the dinner with a chocolate trio dessert which was very nice. The view of Paris at night which included the Eiffel Tower was spectacular.

The service was not what we expected from a restaurant like this. Very casual service and when we asked for thoughts on wine, the server could not even answer any of our questions because she admitted to not knowing anything about wine. For the type of restaurant, experience, and ambience of the restaurant with so many accolades, we expected so much more and a much higher level of service.

The restaurant really destroyed my birthday:( the service was hostile and slow, it took them 45 minutes just to bring water and then we had an argument about the cocktail that looked nothing like in the picture. They hated us after that and we felt very unwelcome. Food was very average. The view was great. Do not go there.

it was REALLY warm in the restaurant. No AC. the lighting is too strong they should dim the light to create a better ambiance and for a better view. it was just too bright. Also the food wasn't that great. it wasn't anything to rave about I wouldn't go back for dinner, maybe just wine

First impressions were excellent, very welcoming, they couldn’t find our booking but were very apologetic. We were sat to our table, the view was incredible, other people came drinks orders were taken, food orders taken, nothing from us. Eventually our orders were taken. We had to ask for ice for our drinks, it did arrive quickly but should have come with them. I ordered the beef and my husband pork, when it arrived I had no vegetables on my plate, I asked where they was and were told it didn’t come with any, I had to ask for the menu to show them, my plate was taken away so my husband was eating his dinner alone. I would have left it but at 59€ I wanted what I had ordered. The food was exceptional but the service lacking. I did complain and in fairness they did apologise and gave us some free drinks. I did get the see the Eiffel Tower sparkle which made it worth it. It was our 25th wedding anniversary I had emailed to advise but no mention of this from any of the team. Would I go again, no!

The views are great from where the restaurant is situated on 56th floor. However, we were seated far away from this, along the back wall. This was disappointing as I had booked way ahead.

Very good food and stuff, but the restaurant needs a top-up renovation. Also the view is great!
