La chica que nos atendió fue muy amable y siempre se agradece que te aconsejen en tu propio idioma. La comida nos defraudó un poco. No nos gustaron mucho los sabores de los entrantes y los platos principales no sirvieron para mejorar, el pescado totalmente insípido y la carne no. Uy caliente y con una cantidad de espumas alrededor que no tenían sentido…el postre, más de lo mismo. Menú caro para lo que ofrece, teníamos mejores espectativas.

This little restaurant is a hidden gem with a brilliant, creative chef, reasonable prices, and no pretense. At first the menu descriptions seemed a little weird, but the flavor combinations and textures worked beautifully, surprising and delighting all the senses. Our waitress was charming. Highly recommend.

Lovely small family place. Very short menu, made even shorter by things that weren't available- but it didn't matter (as we aren't precious about what we eat as long as it's quality). A complete saucisson plus bread as a starter while they coo J ed our main. Very yum. Excellent side of veal for two on specials board. Only slight downer on the meal was the full glass of a Bordeaux red superior that I knocked over onto my lap. Not their fault, of course. Would book again no problem.

A very nice cozy place on a very quiet street. The décor is simple but cute. The service is excellent and the food is delicious. We arrive a little before our reservation and were immediately seated.

Le Clandestin proved an exciting surprise. This small restaurant offers an excellent setting for dinner among friends. We were greeted enthusiastically and seated at a table with comfortable chairs in a room which is simple, yet homey and elegant. Le Clandestin prides itself on serving up creative dishes using local products and they did not disappoint. My party and I tried every plate on the menu. The mullet ceviche with a cucumber wasabi sorbet was really clever and delicious. The miso duck was cooked to perfection. The cod was unique and immaculate. The black sesame-lime-coconut-passion fruit dessert was the ideal end to a great meal, The blend of textures and the balance of flavors surprised and elated me. All of the other plates we had were seriously good. Our server, a young woman who works alone in the front of the house, was polite, inviting, and offered the kind of unpretentious yet professional service which can help turn a good meal into a great night. Le Clandestin is a great restaurant, plain and simple. I will be back.
